Big 4 Discussion - August 08, 2018

It actually went really well! I didn’t overburden myself with Leetcode. I kept working (and not working when home) as usual and then would do a couple questions where I felt weak over the weekend.

It turned out that the questions were very solvable on the spot. I arrived at answers for them and did modifications to them after discussing the solution further.

I think the key takeaway from this round was that it’s not all about the right answer. It’s truly best to keep working with the interviewer to arrive at a spot where you feel more comfortable. rather than being fearful when faced with unknowns. try being transparent and work them out with the interviewer. obviously this only goes to some extent, but I think it’s really useful/important.

you’re interviewing them as much as they are you, especially if you already work there, so make sure you can actually work with them! don’t put yourself back into a position you don’t like :)

I could have just had an easy go... and it’s still possible I didn’t get it. we’ll see!

good luck to you!
