Half of these "critics" never studied movies. Maybe they took a film class in college and made a few pretentious and edgy 1 minute films but that's it. And they usually try to find problems or promote drama to help their job, seem more sophisticated and better than they really are.

These critics also never realize that some movies aren't meant to be fully-analized for deep meanings, but they're just meant to be watched and enjoyed. Some movies are made to just be fun, and the criticism "it wasn't fun" would be a valid one if you didn't enjoy the movie, not "GODZILLA WAS FAR UNDERDEVELOPED AS A CHARACTER AND WE DIDN'T SEE ENOUGH OF KONGS TROUBLED CHILDHOOD, 0/10 MONKE BAD"
