The big tech coup so far

I think this is a dumb move from big tech. As long as we have a free market and people want censorship free platforms there will be solutions to get around this. Parler is being attacked at the moment but I see that as free publicity. I signed up today. I would encourage you to as well if this doesn't sit well with you. If you can't because your on Mac, then maybe grow up and buy a PC. They're half the price and far superior.

Trump has made twitter interesting for the past four years. Without him and other voices that speak for anything outside the far left I have no interest in it. They and facebook IMO have effectively killed the golden goose. After the events at the capitol I don't blame them. But with his term ending I don't see what scapegoat they will have to generate so much use. Really I'm tired of it anyway. Reddit has become worse by the day too. I hope there is a mass exodus. I think it will make the world a more divided place sure. But leaving the current silicon valley microcosm doesn't mean you have to go to other platforms. You could also just leave social media. I deleted my instagram app a few months back and man has it improved my mental health.

I think its time to get of the teet.
