The biggest lie we are told when we're young is that we're special. With about 115 billion humans that ever lived and 8 billion still alive, you're as special as a grain of sand on a white sandy beach.

That's not how life should be lived. Your time here is finite, I'm likely older than you. You have to trust me when I tell you that times fucking flies and you have to make the most of it, in the best shape possible until you eventually die.

You let yourself go now and it's a world of pain waiting for you when you finally try to get out of that hole and trust me (yes, again) you will want to get back up on that horse again.

Spare yourself unnecessary pain. Take care of yourself both physically and mentally.

We are what's happening in this the corner of the Galaxy and all things considered, even though being human sucks at times, it's an incredible thing. We're lucky to be alive. Not because other people died young, friend's or relative's passed away. No. It's much bigger than that. We're lucky to be alive because until proven otherwise we're unique and alone in the universe. The fact that we happened is mind-boggling.

Keep the bigger picture in mind. You're on the path to death anyway, might as well try to make it a fucking party.
