Biggest losers next year?

If by contrarian, you mean low P/S, only buy after pullback into structural uptrends and generally like buying growth companies at relatively cheap prices, then yes. But I think I’m more akin to a momentum investor that’s just trying to get into a long-term position in stage 2, 3 or 4 of a 10-stage growth cycle like NVDA in early ‘16 or TSLA in summer ‘13 and again in early ‘20. So I wouldn’t BABA or even PTON here but once they shows signs of objectively turning around, I would bet pretty heavy on the future. These are basically strong, growth tech companies that are oversold but we’re going up before they sold off just like AMZN and AAPL in 2002. A contrarian is someone like Roaring Kitty who buys a company like GME or AMC that’s been around forever and is literally at risk of bankruptcy looking for a quick bounce. Peloton has very little risk of going bankrupt. Momentum can also last for years to your point about Apple continuing to powering higher. I think Apple is more of a hold than a buy here, and it just seems unlikely to me that Apple will be the only investment that makes money this time next year
