Had a boss who allowed emotions to influence his business decisions. He took over for his dad and I was shortly poached by a company that did business with him. My now former boss cut all business ties to my current company, and he had the same demeanor with any other company that he felt slighted by.

Fast forward two years later, his company - that was doing well and expanding at the time I left - can only have his employees work part time. Last I heard he complained that a government contractor was not giving him enough work on this huge project that many companies - including mine - were partaking in. The government contractor had enough of his shit and rewrote the contract agreement to exclude my old boss out of any work from that project.

So yeah... don't get up in your feelings when working.
