Am I crazy to think that like at least 25% of each racial group is racist towards one or more other races? Is equality only going to be achieved through evening out all race group populations? Or do we really believe there will be a day when everyone just plays nice, despite cultural differences clashing with each other on fundamental ideologies?

Some whites don't like Arabs, some Arabs don't like blacks/whites/Asians/other arabs, Chinese don't like the Japanese, some Canadians have no respect for natives, etc... I don't understand why we act like this is strictly a white people problem when racism exists globally, across the globe.. maybe it just seems more widespread in the caucasian community because they're are currently still the largest enthic group in the West.

Before we started taking in huge amount of refugees, we (my city) never had a problem with drug dealers using 6-10 year old kids on bikes as drug miles, but we do now... Mostly refugees. While racism isn't nonexistent here, there are some people who don't hate other races, but still scratch their heads when they find out 51% of Toronto's entire living population wasn't even born in Canada. Comparatively, New York City has a 37% foreign born population. Not a huge difference, but I'd bet Toronto is approximately 75% foreign born or second generation immigrants.

And I'm not even going to get into racial birth rates and government assistance spending.
