Binance Prepares to Enter the South Korean Market

I think what they mean is creating a new Binance-branded exchange specifically targeted at Koreans. As such, it will come equipped with KRW fiat pairings - possibly from the outset, but in a more likely scenario, a few months down the road (pending compliance with the local regulations). As for BTC/ETH/BNB/USDT markets, it will just share the current Binance orderbooks. By the way, OKCoin and Huobi also opened their Korean operations the same way.

Anyway, unless you are a Korean citizen, it is hard to use such exchange to the fullest. I myself am a native-Korean who resides in the country but no longer have the citizenship, so I'm not allowed to deposit any fiat into those Korean exchanges and in some cases can't even sign up properly.
