Case I'D 78805716
I am trying to clear the funds inside my Binance account. Previously I could withdraw via SEPA transfer, but now that only card withdrawals are supported, due to the limit per withdrawal, I had to withdraw many times.
As such, my withdrawals got suspended today. I have already reached out to customer service and provided the selfie photo with passport, video with passport , etc. as requested. The only thing I could not give was the IP. address during registration because I did. not keep the welcome email.
I was withdrawing to the same card I used for deposits, under my own name.
It's the second time I had to chat with customer service. In both cases they helped to transfer me to the risk management team, but I received no response.
I would appreciate if you could expedite this and re-enable. my withdrawals.
