I agree, but unfortunately many here seem to hate anyone suggesting it will be anything other than MEA2. With the Legendary Edition seemingly being such a success they really should just take the opportunity with our LE save, or use a web portal to create a world state (as with Dragon age) to bring some of our choices forwards.

Show us in some way that Shepard + their love interest got to live their lives. Whether that's with Liara and blue babies or building a house on Rannoch with Tali or any of the other options it would just be great to have that closure at the very minimum and honestly providing that closure would probably help people accept any new characters they may want to introduce.
