bipolar episode was silenced by a veil popping. This hobby brings me peace.

I was diagnosed and deemed 100% permanently and totally disabled by the VA and military. I used to trip a lot on L, shrooms and rolls, peyote, mesc, etc. and very strong doses many when I was a teenager and early twenties. 23 years later, I found myself on antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, 100 pounds heavier with high cholesterol among other things. The meds made me feel I was trapped inside myself and couldn't escape. I decided to reintroduce myself to psychedelics and grew my own cubensis ( I also tapered myself off meds one at a time over a year and a half) and they were at least 4X stronger than any I'd ever picked or bought. I used only doses starting at 7+ grams. It resets my serotonin for a while and I do it monthly. Then I started working with aya, dmt, huacuma, maoi's for potentation etc. as well as practicing a lot of mindfulness meditation, t.m. and yoga as well as weekly group therapy and have never been better. I've lost over 80 lbs, my liver enzymes are back to normal and my liver is returning to normal size. Although i did develop a problem absorbing folic acid and b12 due to years of medication. My health and mental state are both in a beautiful place and it's all due to psychedelic treatment (therapy as well with yoga etc., ) and my psychologist is mind blown at what I've been able to accomplish on my own. On another note, it doesn't work for everyone. I had a lot of experience with similar substances and if you don't know how to handle it you can't see your problems to fix them. That's why most need tripsitters, therapists or shaman, etc. to guide them. Not to mention, if you don't have pharmacological knowledge and experience, working with some substances like maoi's, can be dangerous and deadly. Not everyone can be their own shaman, doctor, medicine man or whatever you decide to label it.
