March 28th: The population of China is twice that of Italy, Spain, the United States, Germany, France, Iran and the United Kingdom combined, and yet as of this date it has little more than (a reported) 3,795 carriers of COVID-19 and is finding increasing stability. I don’t know how accurate the carrier figure is, but the growing stability is very very real. Meanwhile those other countries combined have a total of 308,749 confirmed, living carriers of the virus, and its growth throughout them is increasing exponentially. All these countries are on lockdown, as is China. What’s making the enormous difference is that everyone in China is required by law to wear a mask.
