It's A Bit One Sided and Boomers Are Misinformed

One thing that really helped me is ignoring or gray rocking any interactions with boomers and I highly encourage it because it will save your sanity.

("Gray rocking, or the grey rock method, is a tactic some people use when dealing with abusive or manipulative behavior. It involves becoming as uninteresting and unengaged as possible so that the other person loses interest.")

I'm tired of them literally getting off on putting us down for sport. I've literally tried having productive conversations with super smart and highly accomplished doctor that I worked with and really respected at one point and got the same typical response you would get from any other boomer.

Any interactions with them are super cordial and boring. "Hi", "I'm good", "that's nice." Give then any piece of information about your lives and they run a mile with it with their sick smirks.

They won't matter in 20 years. The world and its hot mess will be ours to deal with. At this point, I'm only interested in talking with millenials, gen z, and some of gen X.
