Welcome to the Mormon hub that is Mesa, Arizona and its police department. They are the worst of the worst in the Valley of the Sun in my nearly 5 decades of living here. No encounter goes well with Mesa PD in my experience. I am sure others will disagree and have had positive encounters, but no one I know has. Those cops are the second worst of the Valley, next to Sheriff Joe's county officers and posse.

I agree more people need to be aware and that an important thing to note is Officer Langley was the one barking orders like a psychopath.

It makes no difference that someone else was barking orders, it does not recuse Brailsford of being the trigger man and using his eyes and ears and that brain for some critical thinking and situational awareness. The man should never be allowed to own a firearm again. Both men should be in jail.

I can't watch the video again, but did you hear Langley or anyone command Brailsford to FIRE?

This is murder, one can only hope Langley never comes back to the US and that the extremists and pirates of the Philippines take him hostage or he gets caught with drugs under Duterte's regime.
