3. Black Friday??

Black Friday??

I've been to a Black Friday wedding! It can be great or horrible depending on your situation. The one I went to was great, but that was because:

  • They hosted Thanksgiving & the weekend for the family. The whole family. Everyone who flew in from other states that was related to them, traveling guests who didn't have family in town, etc.

  • The wedding was in LA. The bride and groom both grew up in LA, went to college in LA, and basically everyone they knew was still there except for out of town family & those of us who left after college.

  • It was in the evening, so we'd all slept off Thanksgiving & were no longer obligated to our own families.
