The communities from the various subreddits have this weird obsession with lyricism. The funny thing is most people participating in these kpop subreddits can't even speak/understand korean. There's plenty of context lost by just reading translations. There's many lyrics and musical motif's that only Koreans can truly contextualize correctly. So whats with this weird obsession about lyrics when you doods can't understand 3/4's of the song..

The best part about your comment is how you've somehow managed to not read the article, as well as not read the title of the reddit post you're commenting in properly. I don't know if you're just projecting or pushing a narrative. But it was never mentioned that she's stepping up her rap lyrics -- just her rap skills. And true enough. Her raps are fast. Try saying lalisa 5x at the speed she says it. I bet your tongue will get tied =))
