Games on average around 19 mins, League surrender option comes up at 20mins, 15 if the entire team agrees to it rather than majority. The no surrender option is annoying but not a big deal if you consider how long the games are on average.

Penalize people who understand the game and know it's a waste of time

Force people to play 5v4, as one ally is clearly confused.

Do not give a way for people to easily demonstrate the role they want to play (support, etc).

If only you could pre select heroes before your turn or even alt click the role title to send a message saying [Support] in draft with two clicks..

Make the game more NOOB friendly by giving a training mode to AVOID common mistakes.

You can't force players to learn. There are tons of guides and learning tools around, players have to actively choose to use them. You can lead a horse to water, you can't force it to drink.

League got voice how many years in? Yes we were shipped with lack of basic features, but that's an odd one to whine about when discord is so common and simply.

Yeah.. League hasn't support it's streamers for years. The streamer which was their biggest free source of advertisement, Dunkey, was perma banned from the game. Are you implying with what's going on with Tyler right now? That's Riot attempt to get League to stay relevant on Twitch as it's been on a massive decline.

Hero rotations : You can play this hero you like, but who you don't know how to play week.

If only you could obtain heroes to use forever, it's not like that's literally the definition of a free week rotation.

I personally blame members of the community similar to you. When everyone shits on the game(no actual useful feedback) and chants ded game for no reason, they are doing a self fulfilled fantasy and helping no one.
