Hong Kong and CHina are shockingly similar. Ever been before? OUr cultures are fundamentally the same. The people living in Hong Kong are all Chinese migrants who came over during the cultural revolution. We have different political opinions but we are one culture. We celebrate the same things, and have our individual characteristics. That’s the same all over CHina. Regions have their own cultures and personalities but they are still considered one and the same. Unity, is the essence. People in Hong Kong would never wish death on those in Mainland, Mainland would never wish death on Hong Kong likewise. We see each other as brothers, not enemies. We have disagreements but unlike what those on the streets prefer to do, we like to solve them constructively.
