BLMers/anti-police protesters sucker punch man holding a dog multiple times, street "medics" assault a journalist for filming attack

The BLM movement seems sorely misunderstood. When cops curb stomp people to death, citizens protest. Some get out of control and those that do, get arrested and justice is served (like the people in this video, given enough time).

On the other hand, there are orders of magnitude more stories of cops curb stomping people to death (or worse, shockingly) yet justice is never served. It happens year, after year, after year. Each time it's a "tragedy" -- but there's no justice.

In both cases, yes, an injustice happened. It was tragedy no matter what. What BLM wants is to be treated equally in the eyes of the law no matter what costume you put on.

I think if my people had been enslaved for hundreds of years and helped create the wealth that others enjoy now, I would also be really upset about it. I think I could also understand why there's some property destruction. What property is worth human life?

More importantly, for people spending their time hating either the left or the right, I urge you to consider what's right for an America that is diverse and continues to get more so. A country built by immigrants for immigrants to escape tyranny. Sadly, we didn't live up to that motto and we still don't -- but that doesn't mean it's too late to correct it or be the role model for our future generations.
