I blocked a deposit into voyager two days before they froze transaction. I just got an email saying that this will be investigated and I may be committing fraud. Should I be worried?

Former banker here.

Reversals happen all the time, and especially for failure to deliver goods or services. So long as you didn't misrepresent the situation to cause the bank to perform an action it wouldn't have otherwise, you're fine on that end.

On the Voyager end, so long as all you did was send the money and did nothing else, you should be fine - wire fraud specifically requires you to obtain money, goods, services, etc by defrauding someone 'over the wire;' aka these days that basically means the internet. If all you did was send money then ask for it back due to a lack of confidence in their services, then you haven't really done that.

What's particularly strange here is that they jumped straight to "wire fraud." Being able to handle reversals is a basic feature of any institution; on paper, all they should have done is seen the reversal and removed the amount they credited you from your account. I'd assume there are currently mass chargebacks right now and they're just flagging everyone who does it, but it's still very strange.
