I tested right before eating the pint (yes, the pint, don’t you judge me)
Once in a while, I overindulge myself in sweets and down a third of a gallon (about 2 2/3 pints) of ice cream in one sitting. Mind you these aren't keto low carb ice cream. These are regular ass ice cream with all the sugar and HFCS and all other crap in it. Doing this ejects me out of ketosis at supersonic speeds.
After finishing the whole gallon in a couple of days, I get sick of ice cream that I'd swear to myself I'll never eat ice cream again. Then I get ice cream cravings again in about a month and the whole cycle repeats.
So no, OP. I'm nowhere close to judging you for eating a whole pint of low carb ice cream.
