Bloomington's Building Spree vs. Undergrad Demographic Cliff

Good point. I'm born and raised Indy metro area. Lived here my whole life. Once I traveled more, I started to consider relocation, mostly pre-retirement. Being an outdoor active type person, I really likely the location of Las Vegas, and to a lesser extent Phoenix. Plus I'm sick of Indiana winters. However, the water issue definitely has given me pause if I want to move to such an area. Thankfully this is a ten year plan for me, but I do wonder if others will flee high housing costs states with oppressive taxation and fees, dwindling natural resources like rain, etc.. If I do relocate, I may end up in the S. Appalachians or Southeast in general.
