Is a blower style cooler better for nouvolo steck build?

How do so few people know the point of a blower cooler...

Blower coolers are to keep the heat that the GPU generates OUT OF THE CASE, and by consequence avoid heating up your other components (CPU, VRM's, RAM, HDD's the motherboard PCB itself and by extension the sensitive copper traces inside).

Blowers will almost always be noisier and warmer in exchange for the above, when a blower and a dual fan axial will ever be at parity for temperatures, the noise output and pitch will still be at a disadvantage for the blower card.

This doesn't mean they are bad, far from it, but they wont have peak performance. In SFF cases often the CPU overheats (due to extreme restrictions on cpu coolers), blowers can keep temps from rising in a cpu+gpu load anywhere from 6 to 15c depending on the TDP class of the GPU in question making them very useful in those situations. Somebody who wants to use a air cooled 8700k and even overclock it in something like a Dan case would do well to consider a blower card, the m2's that notoriously over heat in those cases also benefit greatly.

Hope this helps some people sort out the difference from now on.
