Blu discography...

If I had to pick one.. probably my favourite rapper of all time - such a strange career though. Almost felt like he purposefully sabotaged his own career with the NoYork release (which still sounds fucking years ahead of its time now) ruining his deal, purposefully pre-releasing his own shit (the powders & oils and give me my flowers... early versions were better than the actual official releases though) and the lower than lo-fi quality stuff he was putting out making it even harder to listen to sometimes. Throw into the mix the godleebarnes what could have been and the weird Madlib UCLA situation and I wonder what kind of career he could have had!

Fav releases would be J&J, Below The Heavens & Miles, which was a true return to form.

Best tracks Jesus (one of my fav songs of all time), Amnesia, the Oath, Another Day... could probs list half his early tracks

Think I’ve over played below the heavens to death, but that first verse on the Good Life >>>
