Body Odor Problem at School and Social Events

See a doctor first to rule out metabolic disorders--it's really important to know whether or not you have one. If that's not the issue, you could try taking chlorophyll tablets or capsules. I'm not a doctor but I work in home health care. There's some company that makes a version of the chlorophyll with peppermint oil, but be careful with that one since peppermint can irritate your stomach. Plain chlorophyll capsules are fairly cheap at health food stores. Don't know if this will work, but it might be worth a try. I've met elderly patients who swear by it for reducing odors from colostomy bags and for preventing bad breath related to dry mouth and gum infections. Presumably it could work for body odor in general. Sounds like the external fixes aren't working for you, so maybe it's time to try something internal. Even changing your diet could help. Low carb and low calorie diets are notorious for making people smell strange, and some people claim eating more fruits and vegetables improves body odor. Drinking lots of water might be helpful. Some vitamins can change the smell of sweat or urine too, especially B vitamins. But ya know, stress sweat really does smell different. And at age 16, stress is unavoidable. Anything you can do to reduce your stress level at school might help. Social anxiety is a real disorder and nothing to be ashamed of--panic attacks sometimes present physically instead of emotionally. See a doctor first though.
