Bodycams Do Nothing to Make Better Police

Actually studies show that in places were police are made to wear body cams, complaints against the police drop by up to 93%

Furthermore, a good cop should have nothing to fear about wearing a body camera if they are following the law to the letter. Just because they are arresting someone who is actually a criminal doesn't justify them to do anything outside the letter of the law.

While such rigid adherence may allow certain criminals to get away by technicalities due to police error, these laws serve to protect the many innocent people from getting wrongly accused. A direct consequence of trying to minimize the amount of innocent people getting wrongly accused/convicted is that a number of actual criminals will inevitably get away. This is, inevitably unavoidable.
