BOH is getting a raise for working during the pandemic. Also our deliveries are a bit different. We're reaching out to communities and scheduling catering to a pick up spot. So I'm clocking in and helping with the kitchen, packing, dish, etc. Then I go to the spot and hand out the food over about a 1 hour window. Go back and clock out. I have nothing to do with the grubhub orders and what not, so I'm obviously not expecting any tips from those.

I do want to share the tips from the community orders, but I feel like I should be getting a bigger share since BOH is getting paid more than normal. Still not sure how much managers are getting paid but I think it's the normal rate as well.
