Books have improved virtually every aspect of my life, which is why I find it so frustrating when people around me don't read!

Hey. So... I don't remember everything I've read or how each one helped me exactly. It was always something in the book that clicked and stayed with me and all of them helped me piece by piece. For some reason, it's exactly when I get asked what to read that I lose my memory.

I'd suggest these:

Try exploring REBT which was founded by Dr. Albert Ellis. He has a number of books. Dr. Windy Dryden is another author with several books. I have to warn you that they can be academic and hard to puruse but they were frikkin transformative.

I found that positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine was a great read. I'll update this comment when I can think of more. But REBT was pretty much a turning point for me last year.
