Yup. Worked at Lowes during college. The training was "watch this video about how not to hit people and we drug test if you do" and then go drive shit around the store to get your "license". My 2nd night working I thought I had gotten the hang of it and we was closing with just my manager after store-hours. We were both running lumber in from the bullpen out back in a bit of a hurry trying to go home. We both come through the plastic flaps (that were dirty and it was dark) at the same time going pretty damn fast. I hit him head on, fork to fork, and get ready to be fired. Then I hear my manager laughing maniacally and he goes, "That was awesome!". That was the start of my awful after-hours forklift driving. There was also the time I knocked over the whole hazmat cage by throwing a pallet of plywood like a deck of cards into the side of it. Thank god for patient management.
