Boris Johnson admitted to the hospital

My stance is that we shouldn’t ever wish death or harm on anyone, but we don’t have to be sad if it happens. I think the vindictive side of human nature gets in the way of justice, as in, we may want someone to rot in prison and receive prison justice because it would feel sweet and feel like it’s fair, but we’re better than that as a society and as a democracy (speaking as an American here), and to show it we’ll be merciful to those who least deserve it. But like, I still had a beer and cheersed to the Koch brother’s death when that happened without feeling guilty. I think there’s a lil wiggle room in a personal moral/ethical code for vengeance, but not in a pro-active way
