Boss told my coworker she doesn't like me. I'm upset and want to confront her.

Dont project. I'm second level management at a large firm, and I have several underlings I don't like.

It doesn't matter to me. I don't have to like them, I like that they are good at their jobs. That's why they are there, not to be my buddies. I have good friends among my staff, and I'm sure I've mentioned that I don't like some one.

That's not unprofessional. Its part of my job to vette and know my employees. I can't think of a single peer who doesn't have likes and dislikes with certain members. That's life.

I would never speak unfairly on someone's ability to do their job- that would be unprofessional. But like or dislike? Please. That's hardly the most important thing about them.
