Bosses of Reddit, what the worst interview you've seen?

I need to hire someone pretty quickly. Did a few interviews and the last one for the day was around 2pm. Was easily the most promising one since the guy was more than qualified.

He came in and we chatted for a bit. Had one of my employees show the guy our shop while I called his references. His latest company had nothing but bad things to say about it. Apparently he was being taken to small claims court by the company for stealing.

He came back into my office and I just straight up told the guy that it wasn't going to work out. Ended up storming out of my office. Got a good laugh out of his childish fit and shredded up his paperwork.

Around 4pm we heard a loud crash outside. We all ran out to find the guy in a car with a lady, they rammed into the side of our building. She got out and went insane on all of us almost instantly. The lady wanted her husband to be paid for his time here today. Let me say that this guy was maybe at our shop for 40 minutes. The cops showed up and put the lady in cuffs, she was drunk of course.
