Boston City Council to hold hearing on vaccine mandate

This Is over a year old and states that "there are no randomized control studies" on masking. In other words, there is very little good evidence that masking is effective. At this point there is only one RCT study that I know of and thats the Stanford/Bangledesh study. Which is not very convincing in my opinion. Sure, if everyone were to wear KN95s that fit and were discarded after a days use, perhaps that would be somewhat effective. Either way, we live in the age of Omicron now, which will all eventually get. Masking is just public health theater. Its implemented primarily to get the proles back to work and save the economy. The best we can hope for from masking is and 11% reduction in spread. I've lost friends from suicide during covid due to the isolation these measures have caused. With Omicron we need to do what Denmark and the UK are doing and what Sweden has always done. Asses risk intelligently and actually take into account the mental health effects of these measures.
