Why is Boston so white, and segregated?

From accusations of a whole city being white/segregated to gatekeeping on race by asking which one I am? I'll pass on feeding the troll, thanks.

As for Vietnamese places in Chinatown: Pho Pasteur, New Saigon Sandwich, and 163 Vietnamese seemed pretty Vietnamese to me. I know the owners of the latter two and they're 100% from Vietnam. American success stories, too. They support their families selling $3 sandwiches and have sent their kids to college doing it.

There used to be a great Vietnamese place on Winter Street that had $3 lunchesI'm not sure if they'd pass your muster, though, because they're ethnic Chinese people who were born in Vietnam and came to Boston via a 1970s boatlift.
