Maka Albarn from Soul Eater (a pretty great anime with really interesting characters. Maka is adorable and so vibrant and her personality is really colorful. Her vocal delivery here was really dynamic and emotional as it needed to be)
Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket (a lighthearted and cute anime. got some laughs as well as feels from this. this was one of her earlier roles and you could tell her voice acting wasn't as "refined". Nonetheless, she was a pleasure to listen to and she sold the kindhearted and modest yet spirited girl feel really well)
Kuro from Kurokami (once again another anime. it's not particularly amazing but her bright character is the highlight of it)
Rise Kujikawa from Persona 4 (I just love Rise's cheerful and cute charisma in this game. Such an airy and fun yet sweet character. I couldn't romance anyone else)
Her voice is just so wonderfully cute when she wants it to be. She's amazingly talented at making cheery, bright and energetic performances sound so natural and pleasant. Plus, she has some really great range in the pitch, tone, demeanor, and inflection of her vocal performances, which is pretty much required when you're bringing so many different personalities to life.
