Bought a House I Hate

I'm struggling to take care of a 4BR house. Wood siding. Beams. Endless rot issues to deal with. Rotting fence that needs replacing. HVAC issues. Falling trees. Lawn care. Cleaning gutters every time it rains.

The maintenance and upkeep is never-ending. Sometimes it's all I do for weeks on end. I'm losing my mind.

I really wanted a cool little craftsman in a walkable part of town, but I backed into some MCM nightmare in the suburbs.

I know how big the houses in the ATL burbs are, so I would personally try to get rid of the place just due to the massive maintenance issues. Unless it's the perfect rental house, it's going to cost a lot to maintain as a rental. There's also huge downside risk to the price in a recession in my opinion.
