I bought the Ruiner 2000, and even got the notification that it was delivered at my underground wearhouse, but I never got the ruiner, and when I go to request it it says I have to buy it. I already put in a support ticket with rockstar, but I was wondering if there was any better/faster way.

I bought the Ruiner 2000 with twitch prime discount and got delivered the standard Ruiner instead.. I have filed a bug report with a lot of screenshots, hope I they will fix me the right car.. I have no way to prove this, other than my "bank transaction log" shows a car/vehicle purchase for 680K GTA money.. Asked them to check the logs and my profile history if possible, as it will show that I didn't own a Ruiner before this purchase, and the only vehicle purchase I've made the last month or so, is the Ruiner 2000..

The supporter who responded to my request initially, clearly didn't believe me, as he asked me if I'm sure I ordered the Ruiner 2000 :(
