Bounty System working as intended in LCK

Yeah, agreed on all counts. I think the main issue is that for some reason the creep bounty only compares the player's creep gold to the enemy team's average creep gold. It sounds intuitive-- creep bounty should be based on creep gold!-- but it doesn't actually make sense when you think about what the point of a bounty is.

A bounty is supposed to reward players who are somewhat behind their opponents for managing to outplay them (despite a gold disadvantage) with raw gold to "catch up" somewhat. While adding a bounty to high creep scores was a step in the right direction (since large creep score leads are equal to large kill leads as far as relative gold advantage goes), scaling them based entirely on the enemy team's average creep gold means that the enemy team can have a gold lead over you and lower bounties across the board, which is silly (especially because one enemy team member who can generate and spend gold to help kill you-- the support-- won't have any CS gold at all). The "creep bounty" should be changed to compare a player's CS gold to the enemy team's average gold from all sources (with values and thresholds updated to reflect this difference obv.)
