This literally sounds like my ex husband. What finally set me off was he tried to kiss me and he was covered in grease/sweat/and hadn't showered in 4 days. And I backed away, he got upset. So I sat there and explained why, and just told him how nasty it is with how much he let's himself go, told him it's why we don't have sex often because he's given me so many UTIs from lying about being clean that I wouldn't have sex unless he was fresh out the shower. And he barely showered. I tried to be nice about it, though he still was a bit hurt by it (I can't help that when it's the truth) he slowly but surely started to keep up more, I offered to let him shower with me (I showered like 2x a day) and got him to just keep up and stay clean. Unfortunately, before we separated he reverted back and got worse once we split.
