One thing I would point out that 'insanely high libido female' and 'not particularly low libido male' is probably the walking, talking, definition of an exception, though I certainly feel for your situation as it's probably similar to what I've lived in most relationships over the decades.

Excepting the honeymoon period, and occasional bursts, I find that most women's perfect point in a 'settled' relationship is no more than 2-3x a week. That perfect point for women, is down around my bare minimum / is this sustainable. I'm currently in a situation where it's maybe 1-2x a week and a random night once a fortnight where we end up with about 2 hours sleep, it's a bit light on but complicated at both ends due to recent trauma for us both so I'm happy seeing how it works out.
