Its a grotesque mix of children not knowing what they're doing, I almost see a metaphorical band of young chimps that are playing in a group setting but that setting is a political event with heinous undertones that the teenagers don't really get, but are borne of the tribal political team they were born to (family wise).

What this article's show cases is the misidentification targetting error of a large group of Trump folks that belies certain subconscious truths of their thought process. Because of this being a case of someone that doesn't look like them being literally more American than any of them is embarassing, so they do a tomahawk chop in som sense of smarmy gloating.

Trump being normalized in America, to me as an immigrant and now proud citizen, is one of the scarier events in my 25 years here.
