I will guess you are struggling to not watch porn, this means your brain wants to go back the old ways, the easy pathway to get satisfaction, that way that enforces staying late in bed mindless scrolling throught countless tabs, DO NOT LET IT. You control your actions, your impulses don't control you.

A tactic that have made for me extremely easy not to fap is changing my view on porn, it was something I didn't enjoy and a thing that only fucked my sleep schedule.

So my recommendation is, don't view this challenge as something tortuos or extremely difficult to do, don't see porn as something neccessary for your system, don't long for november to end so you finally can release a glorious nut in December 1, you would have learned nothing from this challenge by doing so.
