Have Brady, Manning, Rodgers and Brees ruined our perception of what a great QB is?

I think the number of championships should be the biggest contributing factor to what defines a great HOF QB. Stats are nice but not if your not winning games. You can make the excuse that the team their on matters, but I don't see it that way. As the center piece of a team, QBs are the driving force to what makes a team championship caliber or a winning team. Peyton Manning maybe a stats monster compared to his brother but they both have the same amount of rings. He didn't just luck his way in there. Do I think Peyton is better, well yeah. But not enough to discredit a two time championship QB from not making the HOF.

To be honest with you the only QB of our generation that should be held to the standard your talking about is Brady, 5 rings is just unreal.

Tldr; The point of being a QB in the nfl is to lead a team to championship wins. Not to see who can place higher on a stat sheets.
