Say this after bringing the Hindu community back. Do they want separation from India?

Kashmiri nationalism would have made sense if the movement existed in the same time as Indian freedom struggle. But it came towards the end after India had almost certainly won freedom. That's what makes us ask -- should Gujarat national movement exist? Should Tamil national movement exist? Should Punjab national movement exist? What about other states - all of which have a separate culture, language, cuisine and what not?

We regard you Indian (you are, in the same sense that other state people are), that is why you get property rights all over India, why we pay taxes to develop Kashmir and why you get our education system.
