i don't know how to make you understand that you shouldn't jump into a ranked game if you don't know the basics

you should play unrated until you have a good understanding of the characters, abilities, weapons, and maps.
you can pick a support character if you're new. picking a duelist is a lot of responsibility because you can only contribute with kills whereas other characters can contribute with smokes, walls, heals, information, etc.

i'm not saying that their toxicity is justified, but some people are toxic. it's just the way it is. they take ranked games too seriously.

and 5 kills with reyna in a competitive silver game is just.. rough.
