Breaker/disconnect

There's a bit more to it than that. You need to determine if the wire feeding the receptacle is 12 gauge, if it's 14 gauge or worse yet aluminum, stop and hire an electrician.

If the wire feeding the redecticle is 12 ga, then determine the brand of your breaker box Pull the current breaker, disconnect the wire and take it with you to the store, get a 20 amp version of the same thing. You might also consider changing the receptacle to a 20 version as well, it likely is not. Connect the wire to the breaker before snapping it in and then snap it in. Most breakers kind of angle in, the end with the screw goes in and hook into a hook in the panel, then rotate the other end in and press it in. Once it reaches the level of the other breakers around it it's home. Don't force it and don't press too hard.
