Small nitpick but

There's also the matter of how female mage and priestess are horrible classes, as while female mages don't get slowed down by forests, priestesses do while males never do and how they counter with swords after promotion instead of fire - they also do not get the +10 hit that Sages do.

I think it's a bit strange that you'd bring up things like Kliff being a better Archer than Tobin because he benefits from Tobin's Hit Support bonus (something which I don't disagree with) and then level this complaint against Faye despite Alm Support giving her +10 Hit at B rank (Act 3). It's possible that she'll get that before any of your male mages promote, even. (At A rank that bonus goes up to +20 Hit, surpassing what Sage gives but that comes in Act 4 when mages fall off so it's a moot point.) Alm's Mov is only 1 higher than hers will be as a mage so it's not super hard to keep them together.

Cleric is obviously her best class regardless by a large margin though lol
