You should tune back in but on a different channel maybe, because thrombotic microvasculopathy looks like it may play a significant role in COVID progression. No need to listen to the ortho guy though, there are tPA studies underway, some ongoing autopsy investigations and a lot of people anticoagulating patients on parallel indications (like clotting up filters).
