Breakthrough infection even after J&J + Moderna booster, when should I get tested again?

You should not get tested for 3 months after having covid. This is because you will continue to test positive for a while as your body sheds dead virus. However, you are no longer contagious after 10 days of when your symptoms started. This is stated on CDC's website and and you can confirm with your doctor. Unfortunately, PCR tests are very sensitive and cannot tell between an active or "dead virus/not contagious" case. Do a PCR after 3 months and if it's negative, then you can continue with regular testing without getting confused or in a sticky situation of having another positive test and explaining that you JUST had covid and it's not possible to have it again so soon. If you need to travel and need a neg test, get a doctor's note saying you had covid and quarantined and have been advised not to get retested for 90 days per CDC/your country's guidelines. I believe most countries are recommending similar timetables. Get well soon!
