I've thought a bit about 4's longterm financials though, and a few things always stuck out: 1-he flew around in a private jet, which is pretty uncommon now and almost unheard of in the 90's and 00's for an NFL player 2-his area of Mississippi got hit hard by Katrina and a lot of folks needed help, and Favre was/is sort of the godfather of that part of the world 3-it struck me as strange his biggest endorsement deal recently has been Copper Fit, which is like a complete unknown/gimmick product whereas other big name retired athletes sell big name stuff (if they have to do endorsement deals at all...) 4-look at somebody like Joe Montana who is making plays on huge real estate deals and the like. IDK is Favre has done anything like that..
